Born in Northern Germany, I started my sports journey in the local track and field club at the age of five. When fifteen years old, I shifted my focus on middle distance running. Several regional titles, regional records and medals at (North) German championships later, in 2019, a training accident left me with torn ankle ligaments and months of alternative cycling and swimming training ahead. Instead of giving up, I set new goals and signed up for my first triathlon race. In my second race, I managed to qualify for the Ironman 70.3 World Championship in my age group. With lots of motivation to train, eagerness to master new disciplines and many races to come, I am excited for my triathlon journey of chasing my best.

Although sports has always been a big part of my life, I made sure to invest in my education and career as well.
I completed my Bachelor’s in Economic and Organization Psychology, a Master’s in Human Resources Management and currently pursuing a Post-Graduate degree in Health Coaching.
After working with early career talent at Nike for a few years, I started my own company for Health Coaching and Training in the areas of movement, nutrition, stress management and sleep.
I also support other runners and triathletes on their training journeys. Feel free to reach out for more information.
In order to train at a high level and to achieve my goals, a great support team on my side is essential! A big shout out to my partners that support me with their products, time, and knowledge around training and recovery.BECOME A PARTNER
